Due to the specialized nature of laboratory and research materials, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved in writing by Muscimol Isolate.

Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from Muscimol Isolate. We reserve the right to inspect products prior to authorizing any return and may require disposal of the product instead of physical return.

Approved returns must comply with all written return instructions and may be subject to a restocking fee.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

- Custom orders or special-order materials
- Products that have been repackaged, relabeled, altered, or improperly stored
- Products returned without original packaging and original labels intact

Any approved return must be in its original, unopened packaging with all original labels and documentation included and unaltered in form and content.

Title to returned products transfers back to Muscimol Isolate only upon acceptance at the designated return facility.

Refunds, if approved, will only be issued after inspection and verification that the returned product complies with this policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.
