Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved in writing.
Approved unopened returns may be eligible within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise restricted by this policy.
Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from the seller. We reserve the right to inspect products prior to authorizing any return and may require disposal of the product rather than physical return.
Approved returns must comply with all return instructions provided by the seller and may be subject to a restocking fee.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Refrigerated, frozen, or temperature-sensitive materials
- Custom orders, special orders, or made-to-order materials
- Products that have been repackaged, relabeled, altered, or improperly stored
- Products returned without original packaging and original labels intact
Any approved return must:
- Be in its original, unopened packaging
- Include all original labels and documentation
- Be unaltered in form and content
- Be shipped in accordance with the seller’s written instructions
Title to returned products transfers back to the seller only upon acceptance at the designated return facility.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued only after inspection and verification that the returned product complies with this policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.
For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons, products purchased for laboratory, analytical, research, or educational reference purposes may not be eligible for return once shipped unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
