Muscimol Isolate ships orders within the United States and to select international destinations where permitted by law. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary due to order volume, product availability, compliance review, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
We reserve the right to delay, hold, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers selected by Muscimol Isolate.
Shipping method availability may vary depending on destination, package contents, and carrier restrictions.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Muscimol Isolate is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information
- Lost or stolen packages
- Regulatory inspections
- Service interruptions outside our control
RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Title to products and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Muscimol Isolate is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, theft, or damage.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges or restocking fees.
RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS
Customers are responsible for determining whether products may be legally imported, possessed, purchased, or used within their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.
Muscimol Isolate reserves the right to refuse shipment to any state, country, territory, or jurisdiction at any time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are solely responsible for:
- Import permits
- Customs clearance
- Duties and taxes
- Regulatory compliance
- Product legality within their jurisdiction
Muscimol Isolate is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities or other government agencies.
DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Claims may require photographs of packaging, shipping labels, and product condition.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement, refund, or carrier claim submission.
